Are these the exact pieces in the photographs?

For a one-of-a-kind listing, yes — the photographs are of that specific piece, and it is the one that ships. Where a listing covers a batch, the photographs show the range of variation we have approved, because natural stone varies in colour, pattern and inclusions.

Where do you ship from?

Your order is fulfilled and supported by us. We work with approved suppliers in more than one country, and the handling time on each listing reflects the route that piece actually takes.

Are the stones natural?

Material is stated on each listing, and only where it has been reviewed for that piece. If a listing does not state something, we have not confirmed it — we would rather leave it out than assert it.

Do you provide certificates?

Only where a real certificate exists for that piece, in which case the listing names it. We do not issue certificates of our own.

Can I return a piece?

Return terms depend on the category, and the terms that apply are stated on the listing and on the returns page before you buy.

Do crystals have healing properties?

We do not make health claims, and nothing sold here is offered as a treatment for anything. Crystals and stones carry a long cultural history, and what we write about them is educational rather than medical.
